Rescue 8 bravo
The current vessel on the base using the
call-sign "rescue 8a" was previously know as 'rescue 1' and is a 4.2m
duck. During the 2009 - 2010 Advanced Waverider Helmsman's Course, the station
acquired R8b for the course, and subsequently took over the management of the
craft from Head Office.
